Shipping Policy

We currently ship all orders across India.

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or high order volume.

Free Shipping on all orders.

After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking ID via Email to track their shipment.

If delivery is delayed beyond expected time, please contact us at contact@boxbuzz.in.

If customer provides wrong address or phone number, order may be returned. Re-shipping charges will be applicable.

Please record an unboxing videowhile opening the parcel — it is the quickest way to settle a transit-damage claim.
