• “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Bright & Bloom Private Limited, the company that owns and operates the Boxbuzz store. Boxbuzz is a brand of Bright & Bloom Private Limited, and your contract for any order is with Bright & Bloom Private Limited.
• “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any person accessing or using the website
• “Website” refers to the Boxbuzz online store
• “Products” refers to the gift boxes, dry fruits, nuts and other packaged foods sold on the Website

You agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information

Everything we sell is packaged food. Each product page and pack label states the net quantity, the contents, the shelf life, the storage conditions and the country of origin, and our FSSAI licence number is shown in the footer of every page on this website and printed on every pack and invoice.

• We strive to display accurate product details, images and prices. Photographs are representative — dry fruits and nuts are natural products, so the exact size, shade and shape of individual pieces will vary from the photograph.
• Shelf life is stated from the date of packing, and every box is packed to order. Store the pack as printed on the label — cool, dry and sealed — and consume it before the best-before date.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice. Where an item you selected is unavailable we will contact you before dispatch rather than substitute it.

Allergen notice: our products contain tree nuts and are packed in a facility that handles nuts and other dry fruits, so cross-contact is possible. They are not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy. Please read the pack label before consuming, and if you are buying the box as a gift, do check that it is safe for the recipient — we cannot know their dietary needs.

Boxes are packed to order, not picked off a shelf. On products that offer it, you can either take a ready-made mix or choose what goes into each jar. Where you configure a box:

• The box is assembled to the specification you submit at checkout, and the item names and quantities shown on the product page at that moment are what we pack
• The price shown at checkout reflects the contents you chose, including any surcharge for a premium filling, and is the price we charge
• Because such a box is made up for you individually, it cannot be returned for a change of mind— see section 9. Please check your selections before you pay.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order and sent to you by email
• Prices may change without prior notice, but never after you have paid
• We accept prepaid payment through secure third-party payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where your pincode supports it
• Boxbuzz does not store card or payment details— these are handled entirely by our payment gateway partner
• For a COD order, the amount shown on the invoice is payable to the courier at the time of delivery

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
• Order confirmation is sent via email/SMS after successful payment
• You may cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch. Once a box has been packed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and the grounds in section 9 become the only route to a refund.

• Shipping is free on all orders across India
• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, and typically reach you within 3–8 working days of dispatch
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address details

Every box contains sealed food, so returns are accepted only where the delivery itself is at fault— a wrong product, an expired pack, transit damage, a broken seal, or a missing item. There is no return for a change of mind. Full terms are on our Refund & Returns Policy page.

Important Note:
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. On an accepted claim we pay for the return shipping and refund you in full; you are never charged to return a box we got wrong.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law of India.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission

• Users may post reviews or feedback
• Content must not be abusive, defamatory, or unlawful
• We reserve the right to remove any content without notice

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury, or our obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bright & Bloom Private Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

If you have a complaint about an order or about this website, contact our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Any change is published on this page and the effective date at the top is updated. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
